Assistance to the National Public Employment Service (SEPE)

As a result of the declaration of the State of Emergency, and in order to guarantee the services provided to the public and to ensure interoperability with regional systems, the National Public Employment Service (SEPE) has agreed to urgently adapt the information systems that are used to process and pay unemployment benefits and subsidies, and to define and manage processes to track critical incidents and requests.

These efforts relied on the full cooperation of SEPE units, assisted by Isdefe engineers, which set up a technical project office for the digital transformation of the SEPE. They did so by modernising the ICT services of the Sub-Directorate General for Information and Communications Technologies (SGTIC). Isdefe has been assisting the SGTIC for years by providing consulting services on technology, process engineering and interoperability, quality assurance and testing for ICT systems.
