CIBERSEG21 – 11 and 12 February

The 8th Conference on Security and Cyberdefence of the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares – CIBERSEG21- is organised by the Networks and Intelligent Systems research group at the Computer Science Department and the Isdefe Chair.

The conference is structured as a day of presentations - Thursday, 11 February from 09:00 to 14:00 - and a day of workshops - Friday, 12 February from 10:00 to 14:00.

CIBERSEG CTF will take place on Thursday, 11 February, from 15:00 to 19:00, where the participants will face challenges from various fields of cybersecurity.

Isdefe is taking part in this conference as part of the Cybersecurity Observatory of Isdefe’s Horizons Network, and is being represented by Oscar Pastor Acosta, head of Critical Systems and Infrastructure Security. Representing the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares is Dr José Javier Martínez Herráiz, a tenured lecturer in the Computer Science Department.

The conference is free and, due to the health concerns over Covid-19, it will be held online.
