Conference of the Isdefe Horizons Network: Innovation Delivering Value: 2nd-Generation LEAN Thinking (Dr. Masa K. Maeda)

As part of Isdefe’s Horizons Network on technology foresight and innovation, we are starting a series of conferences and workshops to address the main challenges facing governments. Specifically, as part of the work involving Managing Projects on the Horizon of Systems Engineering, we have been advancing toward identifying new methodological approaches that can facilitate the management of projects and programmes.

Next Tuesday, 20 September, Masa K. Maeda, CEO of Valueinnova and Professor of Value Innovation at Berkeley University, will be at the Isdefe lecture hall from 12:30 to 2 pm, where he will give a conference titled “Innovation Delivering Value: 2nd-Generation LEAN Thinking”. In it he will go over concepts like establishing a mindset, non-disruptive transformation methods based on agile methods, using collaborative environments and systems thinking to open up new ways to manage portfolios, programmes and projects (PMO), seeking to provide maximum value and personal motivation.
