Isdefe promotes innovation and participation among its employees

Starting tomorrow, 14 February, Isdefe will launch its second annual programme to solicit and manage R&D ideas. This R&D programme was introduced on 28 June 2016 to great acclaim, and resulted in twenty proposals being submitted by twelve candidates.

In this year’s edition, the winning projects from last year’s edition will be detailed, and the prizes will be presented to this year’s winners. This time, the event will be inaugurated by Isdefe’s CEO.

The Head of the Joint Defence Staff, Air Force Lieutenant General Juan Antonio Carrasco Juan, will deliver a presentation on “The Relevance of R&D in Armed Forces Operations”.

This Isdefe initiative is part of the company’s commitment to support and promote innovation and involvement among its employees. In the first quarter of 2015, Isdefe proposed an ideas competition that would plant the seeds for future R&D projects.

This serves to enhance Isdefe’s corporate R&D culture and leads to an enriching exchange of knowledge and participation.
