On Wednesday, 14 April, the Tragsa Group held an online conference on in-house technical service providers that featured numerous experts from academia and the Public Administration, as well as representatives from other in-house providers, including Mr Francisco Quereda, the CEO of Isdefe, and Mr Jesús Alonso, Director of Business Development.
The conference included two round tables: “Legal regime, need and raison d’être of in-house technical service providers” and “Challenges of in-house technical service providers”.
The conference was opened by the Director of Coordination and Institutional Activities of the Tragsa Group, Ms Paloma López-Izquierdo.
The first round table was moderated by Ms María José Santiago, Lead Counsel of the Tragsa Group, and it featured Mr Juan Antonio Carrillo, Professor of Administrative Law at the Universidad de Sevilla and Member of the Consulting Council of the Government of Andalusia; Ms María Bueyo, a lawyer at the Treasury Department; Mr Alejandro Huergo, Professor of Administrative Law at the Universidad de Oviedo; and Mr Luis Aguado, Deputy Director General of Special Sectors of the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund (FEGA).
Justo A. Huerta, National Auditor at the Comptroller General’s Office, was tasked with moderating the second round table, which featured representatives from several of Spain’s in-house technical service providers: Mr Jesús Alonso, Director of Business Development at Isdefe; Mr Sergio Gómez, Managing Director of Sandetel; Mr Ferrán García, Director General of Vaersa; and Ms Inmaculada Salas, Directora of Tragsa.
The conference was closed out by Jorge Castejón, Director of the Treasury Department’s National Audit Office (ONA); Mr Francisco Quereda, CEO of Isdefe; and Mr Jesús Casas, president of the Tragsa Group.
