Isdefe takes part in the 19th Workshop of the Club of Quality and Innovation Directors

On 21 September, Valladolid hosted the 19th Workshop of the Club of Quality and Innovation Directors

The workshop, organised by ZITEC Consultores, a leading member of the Club of Management Excellence, featured Tirso Camacho Mira, Head of the Strategic Planning and Processes Department at Isdefe, who presented the Role Model for Creating Public Value developed by Isdefe.

This model describes and organises, from a perspective of value creation, the different strategies and approaches adopted by public institutions to accomplish their mission.

Participating in the workshop were representatives from various public institutions, like the Treasury and the Social Security Institute, the Health Service of Castilla y León, the Office of Education, and the 012 Citizen’s Assistance Service of the Board of Castilla y León.

This Club of Quality and Innovation Directors is a forum for gathering professionals in Quality, Excellence in Management and Innovation where the problems associated with this profession are addressed. It is an observatory for identifying the challenges facing quality and the ensuing skills that have to be developed.
