Isdefe takes part in 27th Advanced Strategic Studies Course for Senior Ibero-American Officers at the Advanced Armed Forces College

Yet again this year, the Advanced Armed Forces College (ESFAS) invited Isdefe to participate in the Advanced Strategic Studies Course for Senior Ibero-American Officers, which began on 18 April at the Advanced Centre for National Defence Studies.

Representing Isdefe was the Head of Business Development, Mr Álvaro Manresa, who went to the Advanced Centre for Defence Studies to give a presentation on ENGINEERING SYSTEMS AT THE SERVICE OF DEFENCE, after which a colloquium was held with those in attendance.

The goal of the course is to work together for a few weeks to let the participants get to know one another and exchange experiences and points of view in order to achieve a level of understanding that can contribute to training and consolidating a veritable Ibero-American Community.

The Advanced Strategic Studies Course for Senior Ibero-American Officers is attended, by invitation from the Ministry of Defence to their Ibero-American counterparts, by two senior officers from the armed forces of each Latin American country and Portugal.

Taking part in this edition were a total of 38 generals, colonels and captains of the armed forces of the Republic of Argentina, Republic of Bolivia, Federative Republic of Brazil, Republic of Chile, Republic of Colombia, Dominican Republic, Republic of Ecuador, Republic of El Salvador, Kingdom of Spain, Republic of Guatemala, Republic of Honduras, the United States of Mexico, Republic of Nicaragua, Republic of Peru, Republic of Portugal, Oriental Republic of Uruguay and Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
