Tactis, Isdefe’s Talent Recruitment Programme, selected among the best practices of the Enterprise 2020 European campaign

At a public event held on 26 March at the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security, Isdefe was presented a certificate for its “Talent recruitment programme, Tactics: Alliance for you Future”, chosen as one of the best corporate solutions for the future work challenge of the Enterprise 2020 European campaign for 2018-2019.

Enterprise 2020 is a European Commission Project, endorsed by the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security and led in Spain by Forética (a leading social responsibility association), whose goal is to encourage the widespread use of best Corporate Social Responsibility practices within the European CSR strategy.

Tactis, Alliance for you Future, was selected along with 53 other corporate initiatives for meeting the challenges of the 2018-2019 Campaign of Enterprise 2020 on the future of work, for its positive impact on society and for boosting work opportunities, youth employment and promoting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) skills.

Isdefe’s talent recruitment programme, part of the CITIUS programme, in partnership with the University-Company Foundation and the Autonomous University of Madrid, selects the best candidates from among university graduates in Telecommunications, Computer, Aeronautical and Industrial Engineering, who are given the possibility of joining highly specialised, multidisciplinary teams and being trained in cyberdefence and engineering consulting for ICT systems.

During the event, which was opened by the Managing Director for Self-Employed Workers, Social Economy and Corporate Social Responsibility, Ms María Antonia Pérez León, the results for the 2018-2019 campaign of Enterprise 2020 were announced. This campaign saw the creation of 22,500 jobs, over 4 million euros was invested and nearly 22 public-private alliances were forged. The selected companies were then presented a certificate of recognition.

The 2018-2019 campaign focused on contributing to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), decent work and economic growth.
