Isdefe has successfully participated in the execution of the two exercises in the context of DEMORPAS Project, where the feasibility of integrating remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) in the general air traffic management system has been shown.

After almost two years of preparations to develop procedures and adapting aircrafts, the first exercise was conducted from the Matacán Air Base (Salamanca), with an ALO platform -fully developed by INTA- of 60 kg (PMD) and a range above 50 Km. Operational flights exercises were executed during an hour, as well as emergencies

Isdefe will participate in CIBERSEG 2016, the title of the Universidad de Alcalá’s 3rd Conference on Security and Cyberdefence. A series of talks has been scheduled on topics of interest in this area, where Oscar Pastor, Isdefe’s Security Manager, will take speak on "Los ciberejercicios como herramienta de protección y sensibilización ante las ciberamenazas" (Cyberexercises as a protection and awareness-raising tool in the face of cyberthreats).

The "Internal R&D" initiative has been a formula for successfully demonstrating the entrepreneurial skills of Isdefe employees. This is the first internal call to propose projects aimed at innovation, research and development to improve the quality of the services provided by Isdefe as in-house technical services provider of the Spanish government.

Isdefe has signed a collaboration agreement with the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares within the 'Horizontes' framework to jointly develop technology foresight tasks in the field of cybersecurity.

As part of the corporate volunteer activities organized by Isdefe, last Saturday the 12th took place a new event with the Kids of Fundación Masnatur in order to celebrate Christmas. 

Over a hundred people gathered at Madrid’s  Ilunión Pius XII hotel, which belongs to ONCE, including children and volunteers from both Isdefe and Fundación Masnatur.
