From 5 to 8 November, the University Research Institute for Homeland Security (IUISI) held a workshop at Isdefe’s headquarters on cryptocurrency investigation and analysis.

Today, Isdefe is publishing its Annual Report for 2017, which provides an overview and summarises the company’s most relevant activity. The company reported a total income of €141.2 million, with the part corresponding to its activity as the public administration’s in-house service provider accounting for 87%.

Isdefe’s CEO, Francisco Quereda, led the delegation that, on behalf of our company, attended the events organised by the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA) to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Canaries Space Centre in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria on 24 and 25 October.

Isdefe provides engineering and consulting services by operating and maintaining the Space Centre, which offers its services to international space agencies like ESA, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), and to satellite operators like EUMESAT, Hispasat and Hisdesat.

Jesús Carrera Martínez, Manager of Tactical Platforms and Systems at Isdefe, took part in the second session, “Robotics and Drones”, of the 28th Defence and Security Technology Workshop, held in Madrid on 29 and 30 October.

The theme for this biennial workshop, organised by the Foundation for Defence and Security Technologies, was the in-depth analysis of the key technologies that lie behind this digital revolution.
