On Monday, 1 April, Isdefe’s CEO, Mr Francisco Quereda Rubio, along with the Director of Business Development, Mr Jesús M. Alonso Martín and the Deputy Director, Mr Juan M. García Montaño, attended the working breakfast hosted by the Association of Public Administration Contracting Companies (AESMIDE).

AESMIDE is a non-profit association whose purpose is to act as an intermediary between service and supply companies and Spain’s Ministry of Defence. It represents 60 contractors for the Ministry of Defence and other public administrations from Spain and other countries.

On 21 March, Isdefe hosted the 4th Call for its Internal Programme to Gather and Manage R&D Ideas.

This Programme calls on Isdefe staff to get involved by presenting innovative ideas and proposals in order to encourage a corporate culture of R&D and to highlight the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment of the staff in this area.

Yesterday, in the Isdefe conference hall, the 7th National Congress on Defence and Security R&D (DESEi+d 2019) was presented. This congress will be held from 19 to 21 November at the Navy’s Non-Commissioned Officer School in San Fernando, Cadiz.
