5th ADESyD Congress at Isdefe’s headquarters

On 26 November, the Association of Spanish Diplomats in Security and Defence (ADESyD) held its 5th Congress at Isdefe’s headquarters. Yet again this year the congress brought together experts from the military, police, Civil Guard, academia and business, as well as the Association’s own members, under the slogan “Sharing (visions of) Security”.

The opening remarks were delivered by Isdefe’s CEO, Francisco Quereda, the president of ADESyD, María Angustias Caracuel Raya and the general coordinator of ADESyD, José Díaz Toribio.

Isdefe publishes its 2017 Annual Report

Today, Isdefe is publishing its Annual Report for 2017, which provides an overview and summarises the company’s most relevant activity. The company reported a total income of €141.2 million, with the part corresponding to its activity as the public administration’s in-house service provider accounting for 87%.

Isdefe takes part in 27th Advanced Strategic Studies Course for Senior Ibero-American Officers at the Advanced Armed Forces College

Yet again this year, the Advanced Armed Forces College (ESFAS) invited Isdefe to participate in the Advanced Strategic Studies Course for Senior Ibero-American Officers, which began on 18 April at the Advanced Centre for National Defence Studies.

Representing Isdefe was the Head of Business Development, Mr Álvaro Manresa, who went to the Advanced Centre for Defence Studies to give a presentation on ENGINEERING SYSTEMS AT THE SERVICE OF DEFENCE, after which a colloquium was held with those in attendance.

Presentation of the 6th edition of the 2018 DESEI+d Congress at Isdefe

On May 7, the presentation ceremony will take place for the 6th edition of the DESEI+d Congress, which will be held in November. The event will also serve to present the book “Isdefe R&D Awards. The Ten Finalist Articles from the 2017 DESEi+d.

Isdefe at the "26th Advanced Logistics Management Couse”

The advanced logistics management course of the Ministry of Defence’s Armed Forces College (ESFAS) is intended to complement the training of personnel stationed in top-level logistics management posts, and of civilians with managerial jobs in Defence-oriented companies. It is designed to increase their ability and resources to handle the complex problems involved in Advanced Logistics Management.
