Alvaro Manresa, Head of Business Development at Isdefe, will give a talk on “How to Use Industrial Cooperation as an Effective Tool in a Strategic Industrial Development Plan” at the Global Industrial Cooperation Conference, which this year will be held in Toledo from May 22 to 25.
This event, organised by the Global Offset and Countertrade Association (G.O.C.A.), will bring together over 40 government delegations and key international companies in the defence, security and aeronautics sector.
This morning the Head of the Defence Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Fernando García Sánchez, the Head of the Joint Cyberdefence Command, General Carlos Gómez López, and the CEO of Isdefe, Mr. Francisco Quereda Rubio, opened the 2016 Cyberdefence Workshop on military operations in cyberspace. The Workshop, sponsored by Isdefe, is intended to provide a forum in which to showcase and debate the state of the art in every aspect of cyberdefence, providing a national and international platform where participants can share knowledge and network with one another as they seek out new ways to cooperate
Isdefe was present at the Air Force’s 2nd Aerospace Workshop on terrorism in aerospace, which began on 6 May with an open house at the Museum of Aeronautics and Astronautics, at the Cuatro Vientos Air Base, followed by consecutive events on 9, 10 and 12 May.
Isdefe was present at the successful conference EURAC 2016, held between 3 and 6 May 2016, and attended by 21 Chiefs of Staff of the European Air. The Air Force contribution to crisis management in the current strategic context was the main topic of discussion. Isdefe participated in the event during the exhibition at the Air Base of Son San Joan, where some of the most important companies in the aeronautical sector participated.
Isdefe will participate in two presentations at the 2nd Air Force Aerospace Workshop, which will be devoted to the topic of Terrorism in Aerospace. The event will take place from 9 to 12 May and feature a wide range of activities held at various venues, to include displays, open house sessions and roundtables, and bring together decision makers, experts and specialists on various topics involving the threat of terrorism as it pertains to aerospace.
