Isdefe hosts and takes part in a workshop on “Challenges to the Executive Public Management of the National Government”

Isdefe’s facilities will provide the venue for the workshop on “Challenges to the Executive Public Management of the National Government.” This activity aims to serve as a meeting point for experts and innovators on public management, and will showcase the public management work carried out in Spain and by the community of public innovators in Latin America.

The goal is to reflect on the main challenges facing executive public management in Spain and Latin America. Structured into various specialized panels, the workshop will deal with identifying challenges, improving and adapting ideas and projects, using global trends as a source of inspiration for the administration’s challenges, and preparing the final product. A second workshop will consider the impact of the main global trends on the national government and the management challenges these pose.

This initiative was organized by Isdefe’s Management and Strategic Process Consulting Department (DCPEG), in concert with NovaGob and ESADEGeo.  Jesús M. Alonso Martín, Director of Business Development, will open the workshop, along with the Director of NovaGob, Francisco Rojas Martín. The workshop will feature representatives from the Latin American Center for Development Administration (CLAD), the National Institute for Public Administration (INAP), the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
