On 21 November, from 6 to 7 pm, the book by General Manfredo Monforte Moreno titled Dirección de Programas, Proyectos e Ingeniería de Sistemas and published by the Ministry of Defence, will be presented.
This event will take place in the Isdefe Assembly Hall and will feature Isdefe’s CEO, Mr Francisco Quereda Rubio, and the Managing Director of the Foundation for Defence and Security Technologies, Ms Marisol Martínez Tirado.
This book aims to show its readers the methods, basic tools and principles of project management and systems engineering. The author, who teaches the subject and has over 25 years of experience in the procurement and development of complex systems, walks us through with examples and reflections.
By hosting this event, Isdefe wishes to consolidate its commitment to Systems Engineering, an area in which it has been a leader since its founding. For Isdefe, fostering this discipline is part of its very being, with the company devoting considerable efforts to its development and promotion.
These efforts include the Isdefe Horizons Network, an innovation and foresight project through which Isdefe is preparing to identify, analyse and take on the government’s future challenges. The presentation of this book is part of the Network Series of Conferences, one of whose primary goals is to promote the public knowledge of this subject.
