Isdefe Launches a 2nd Call for Internal R&D Projects

In light of the high added value that R&D activity provided to Isdefe in the first quarter of 2015, the Business Development Department invited all company employees to submit ideas for new Research and Development projects.

The goal of this initiative was to enhance the R&D Corporate Culture by engaging the entire staff at Isdefe in a process that generates knowledge and distributes it throughout the organisation. It also contributes to the ultimate goal of the R&D Master Plan, which is to improve the quality of the services that the company renders as the government’s in-house services provider.

Of the eighteen proposals received, two were selected to be financed and turned into internal R&D projects, evidence of the entrepreneurial spirit of Isdefe’s employees.

Given the enthusiastic response to the initial call for projects, Isdefe launched a second call on 1 July, which will run through 30 September.
