Isdefe launches the 3rd Edition of the Programme to Solicit and Manage R&D Ideas

On 9 June, Isdefe’s Director of Business Development, Jesús Alonso, announced the start of the 3rd Edition of the Programme to Solicit and Manage R&D Ideas. This initiative, which has previously shown the entrepreneurial spirit of Isdefe’s employees, calls on them to take part in internal innovation, research and development projects. 

 The previous editions were successful thanks to the number and quality of the entries received. The winners receive the funding they need to develop their ideas as internal R&D projects, and improve the quality of the services offered by Isdefe as the Spanish government’s in-house technical provider. This programme is thus firmly established as one of Isdefe’s strongest commitments to R&D.

This call for ideas is open to all Isdefe employees until 1 October. Proposals can be sent to [email protected] and the best idea will receive a prize of 1,500 euros. 
Isdefe invites all its employees to take part in the innovative drive that characterises the company, and hopes the response will be as enthusiastic as in previous editions. Isdefe is Spain’s leading organisation in R&D programmes, as the Secretary of State for Defence rightly said in late April of this year.

Through initiatives such as this one, Isdefe strengthens its corporate R&D culture and helps to share and create knowledge among its employees. All of this affects its ultimate goal, which is to offer the highest quality possible as the in-house provider of Defence and Security services.
