Isdefe signs agreement with the academy of Military Arts and Sciences to donate computer equipment.

On 28 November at the headquarters of the Academy of Military Arts and Sciences (ACAMI), Isdefe’s CEO, Mr Francisco Quereda, and the president of ACAMI, Lieutenant General (R) Jaime Domínguez Buj, signed an agreement to have Isdefe donate computer equipment to ACAMI for the Academy to use.

The computer equipment consists of eight laptops, two desktop computers and ten 17-inch monitors, as well as other computer accessories that were no longer being used by Isdefe staff due to being obsolete. As a result of this donation, and once checked by ACAMI, this equipment will remain in service.

The Academy, which was formally announced on 5 June 2019 in the CESEDEN assembly hall, was created for the purpose of catalysing the research, analysis and dissemination of the past, present and future of all things pertaining to our Armed Forces, in close cooperation with Spain’s Army, Air Force and Navy, the Royal Academies, and other academies, organisations, companies and individuals interested in military topics, thus providing a forum where all these groups can come together.

Isdefe has been involved in this project from the start and through this donation is furthering the founding principles of the Academy.
