The 10th STIC CCN-CERT Workshop was held on 13 and 14 November at Kinépolis, Ciudad de la Imagen, to celebrate “Ten years enhancing national cybersecurity”.
The first edition of the ICT Security Workshop took place in November 2007, one year after the National Centre for Cryptology (CCN) created the Emergency Response Team (CCN-CERT). One decade later, cyberspace security and the protection of information are an area of priority for governments, corporations and society at large.
This workshop is Spain’s leading forum for cybersecurity experts, organised by the National Governmental CERT to promote innovation in Spain in cybersecurity technology and to exchange know-how among all the actors involved. The workshop’s prestige has grown year after years thanks to the work and commitment of its sponsors, speakers and attendees.
Isdefe took part in the event through the presentation made by our Director of Defence and Security, Mr Daniel Acuña, at the roundtable on the 13th on standardising cyberincident reporting systems.
Isdefe’s participation in this forum reflects its constant commitment as a cybersecurity expert and its close cooperation with the various public agencies of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Justice, and others. Isdefe has worked as a technical advisor and auditor of cybersecurity in the framework of Spain’s National Cybersecurity Strategy.
