Isdefe has participated in the 50th Anniversary of the FAMET

Isdefe took part in the 50th anniversary of the Spanish Army’s Air Mobility Command (FAMET), held last week and featuring numerous activities and events.

Isdefe was there due to its contributions to the projects to modernise the FAMET’s fleet of transport helicopters, providing technical aeronautical engineering support to the Weapons Systems Directorate of the Army’s Logistical Support Command (MALE).

Isdefe took part in the “Helicopter Technology Workshop” with a presentation given by Miguel Ángel Palomo, a systems engineer in the Programme Process and Methodologies Department, entitled “The challenge of implementing EMAR guidelines in military maintenance organisations”.

The activities were held at the Army’s War School, the UPM’s School of Aeronautical and Space Engineering and the Air Mobility Forces’ Colonel Maté Base, where Isdefe set up a stand and visitors were able to enjoy a great air show put on by various FAMET units.
