Seminar on the Express Tele-iNNOVATION Contest: “How you imagine Isdefe in the Future”

During this period of confinement, Isdefe has launched “various initiatives to gather ideas and insights for application in the future”.

With these words Isdefe CEO Francisco Quereda began the online seminar about the Express Tele-iNNOVATION Contest organised by Isdefe. The seminar was broadcast on Isdefe’s YouTube channel on 30 April to present the results from Stage 1 of this brainstorming contest, the innovation management tools used, the processes to follow with the ideas submitted and explanations from the winners of the selected innovation ideas.

Isdefe is now releasing a summary video with the key moments from the seminar and the talks given by speakers: Francisco Quereda, CEO of Isdefe; Jesús Alonso, Head of Business Development; Daniel Mosquera, Head of the R&D+i Area; Eva de Iscar, an Engineer in the R&D+i Area; and Guillermo González, Head of the Technology Foresight Area of the Consultancy and Strategic Management Processes Department of Isdefe.

This summary video also includes the highlight moments from the seminar, in which the competition’s winners present their ideas. These were:

• Innovative Idea in Processes: “Target-based Working” by Carla Ciruelos, an Engineer in the Recruitment and Professional Development Area of the Administration and Human Resources Department

• Innovative Idea in Organisation: “Partial or Temporary Teleworking” by Inés García, an Engineer in the Public Procurement Area of the Consultancy and Strategic Management Processes Department of Isdefe

• Innovative Idea in Other Fields: “Carsharing Electric Vehicles” by Javier Cordobés Muñoz, Head of the Energy and Environment Area of the Consultancy and Strategic Management Processes Department

• Innovative Idea in Technology: “Innovative Company 5.0” by Ana Ortega, an Engineer in the Electronic Warfare and Public Security Area of the Defence and Security Department

Lasting four minutes, this summary video concludes with the ideas presented by the Head of Business Development about innovation to support the public authorities and a few words of thanks from the CEO of Isdefe, Francisco Quereda
