Signature of a Framework Partnership Agreement with the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

On 4th November took place the signing of a framework cooperation agreement between Isdefe and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

The agreement is part of the initiative of Isdefe’ s project “Horizons”, establishing a new line of joint work with the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales to develop foresight and technology watch work in the field of management and economics of the public sector, especially in the field of defense and security.

From Isdefe, the signature has been attented by Francisco Quereda, CEO, Jesus Alonso, director of business development and Lluís Vinagre, marketing manager; and with respect to the Universidad Cpmplutense, it has been attended by Carlos Andradas, rector of the university, Isabel Lopez, Vice President for institutional relations, María Begoña García, dean of the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, and Professor Antonio Fonfría, specialist in the field of security and defense.

"Horizons" is conceived as a technology watch laboratory supported by several academic research groups to develop technology foresight, as well as to promote the exchange and cooperation in the field of training. The initiative includes five strategic areas with different universities in the fields of defense and security, cyber defense, air navigation, space and economy and public sector management, being the latest the subject of the agreement with the Madrid’s Complutense university.
