Isdefe present at COP25 through the Action Group for Social Responsibility in State-Owned Companies.

The Action Group for Social Responsibility (CSR) in state-owned companies, of which Isdefe is a member, presented its “Guide for State-Owned Companies to Respond to the Challenge Posed by Transparency and the 2030 Agenda” on 4 December at the ICO headquarters.

The presentation was part of the COP25 on Climate Change, as an official event at the summit, during which it was noted that 88% of state-owned companies publish information on SDG 13 (Climate Action) in their sustainability reports.

1st Maintenance Reliability Workshop: Isdefe Gives Presentation on “Design based on the Reliability and Maintenance of the GSMC”.

At the initial workshop on Maintenance Reliability, Mr Gonzalo Santamaría Freire, Head of the Army Maintenance Unit of Isdefe’s Consulting and Strategic Process Management Office, presented the work that he carried out alongside Isdefe engineer Mr Ernesto Palomar Moreno on reliability and maintenance in designing the hosting scheme for the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre (GSMC).

Isdefe signs agreement with the academy of Military Arts and Sciences to donate computer equipment.

On 28 November at the headquarters of the Academy of Military Arts and Sciences (ACAMI), Isdefe’s CEO, Mr Francisco Quereda, and the president of ACAMI, Lieutenant General (R) Jaime Domínguez Buj, signed an agreement to have Isdefe donate computer equipment to ACAMI for the Academy to use.

1st Gathering of National Defence Sector Industries

On 3 December, the Ministry of Defence, through the General Sub-Directorate of Industrial Inspection, Regulation and Strategy, in concert with the AEC Committee on Defence Industries and Services, organised the 1st Gathering of National Defence Sector Industries as Isdefe’s headquarters.

To celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Global Compact publishes another best practice by Isdefe.

Under Sustainable Development Goal 10, the Spanish Network Platform of the United Nations Global Compact, COMparte, has published the corporate volunteering programme that Isdefe has been promoting with the Masnatur Foundation for one decade.

This Project involves providing leisure activities to persons with disabilities, and in the years since its creation, has consisted of visits to the Getafe and Cuatro Vientos air bases and renting a space to hold its Christmas Day celebration.
